The role involves managing and growing customer relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, strong sales and closing skills, and excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- 1-2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention or upselling
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership
- Familiarity with Saudi consumer behavior and expectations
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
