Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth within the education industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess a deep understanding of the K-12 and higher education landscapes, and have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
Identify and research potential clients, develop new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic outreach plans, participate in conferences and events, present and demonstrate educational products, establish and maintain relationships with other teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field
- 2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the education industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the education landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively
