GSOC Operator – Financial Operations Center

Role Overview

As a GSOC Operator, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including auto, by coordinating security-related communications, monitoring activity, supporting access control, and responding to routine requests.

Provide customer service, monitor incoming calls and alarms, document incidents, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• Customer service experience
• Access control and badge experience
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
