Role Overview
The FinOps Analyst will be part of the Global Accounts Payable team, responsible for payment failure re-drive, invoice ingestion, and invoice modification processes. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will identify root causes for problems within the supply chain or internal Amazon systems, analyze key payee trends, and govern mediation requirements. They will also act as a main point of contact for payee experience, develop strong business relationships, and resolve conflicts to avoid business interruption.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
