Role Overview

The Principal Product Manager will own the product strategy and roadmap for Sales & Revenue Operations capabilities supporting Amazon Shipping US Business Developers, translating BD needs and commercial priorities into scalable investments.

What You Will Do

Define the product strategy and roadmap for Sales & Revenue Operations capabilities, own the BD experience across prospecting, account research, pipeline and opportunity management, customer engagement, and deal execution, and lead sales tooling, AI, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
