Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product installation across NA as we continue to expand the business. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners – including service providers, host partners, technology and product management, and the local business development team.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end installation process for Hub products, execute service roll-out on-time, drive continuous improvement projects in installation processes, as well as cost reduction, and monitor performance of service providers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
