Senior Financial Analyst, AWS Global Sales Finance

Role Overview

The AWS Global Sales Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with business leaders to drive financial planning process and scaling mechanisms to support our Latin America business, develop financial models to assist in evaluating new business concepts, and turning insights into operational measurements.

What You Will Do

Lead short and long-term financial planning, reporting, and Financial controllership, build financial models for new business concepts and new legal entities, present financial summaries and business insights to senior management, own analytical insights on input metrics and new strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
