Finance Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction across the Bill-to-Cash (B2C) cycle.

What You Will Do

Collect, analyze, and evaluate large volumes of data from various stakeholders to support accurate invoicing and reporting. Manage incoming payments by ensuring accurate allocation to outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies and unapplied cash.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Customer Billing
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics
• Strong communication skills and service oriented
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and innovate
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and to work across team boundaries
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
