Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, data-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will focus on transforming Distribution client data for trusted insights, strengthening stakeholder engagement, understanding business pain points, and enhancing commercial decision-making through effective use of data and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics)
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation
• Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to identify data irregularities, conduct root-cause analysis, and work extensively with untidy data and spreadsheets
• Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts, with a willingness to further develop applied analytics and AI capabilities
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake and AWS, is preferred
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency and output quality
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, consistent delivery quality, and strong problem-solving capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities
