The Principal Account Manager, Academic Physician & Leadership Recruitment supports academic physician and leadership searches by managing client relationships and facilitating search execution. This role requires direct academic physician recruitment experience and works closely with academic recruitment leadership to support large, complex academic clients.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in physician recruitment
  • Academic physician recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of academic medicine environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple active searches and clients simultaneously
  • Comfortable leading and contributing to frequent client-facing meetings
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex recruitment activity to clients and internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong data tracking and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and recruitment-related systems
