Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be part of the strategic vision of Learfield Amplify’s data and analytics team, developing strategic insights in a collegiate business setting. The role will be responsible for mining customer profiles, analyzing behavioral data, and supporting business decisions.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will perform ongoing data analysis of the university’s customer database, work with the Learfield Amplify Director of Ticket Sales & Service, and leverage data within Fanbase to identify new ticketing and sponsorship prospects.

Requirements

• Familiarity with and working background in Salesforce, including reporting and data management
• Experience working with a CRM, including data maintenance and segmentation
• 1+ years of data and analytics-focused work
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO
• Proficiency in at least one programming or query language such as SQL, R, or Python
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
