Role Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator will facilitate the school’s outreach and revenue generation to maximize attendance and revenue while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the ticket office. The role involves conducting outbound sales efforts, maintaining accurate account information, and collaborating with the Ticketing and Marketing departments.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound sales efforts, maintain accurate account information, assist with inbound inquiries, retain season ticket holders, and track account activity. Assist with managing ticketing system, coordinating group experiences, and providing support on game day.

Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape
