Role Overview
We are seeking a Franchise Sales Manager who will support the performance and operational execution of a portfolio of Miracle-Ear franchise locations. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is a critical contributor to franchise success across the network.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular business reviews, analyze key performance indicators, develop and implement actionable plans to improve store-level performance, operational consistency, and customer experience. Serve as the primary partner to franchise owners, providing hands-on coaching to improve sales execution and day-to-day operations.

- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store-level performance drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights
