Join Amwins Self-Funded as a Finance Operations Specialist, working in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week. The role involves managing premium files, statement review, disbursement, and reconciliation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of AR/AP/Reconciliation/Billing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in the insurance industry and/or at a Carrier or Third-Party Administrator
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work cooperatively alongside various staff members
• Ability to multi-task and actively manage/prioritize workloads in a high-volume environment
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
