Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to support assembly operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role owns recurring financial reporting, supports period-end close activities, maintains labor and headcount reporting, and partners with FP&A, controllership, operations, and plant finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial information.
What You Will Do
Consolidate operations financial results across all assembly plants, deliver clear analysis of performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide centralized analytical support to operations leaders and plant finance teams, ensuring consistent, decision-useful insights across the network.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, plant finance, controllership, cost accounting, or related finance work. Experience in Power BI and Excel is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, plant finance, controllership, cost accounting, or related finance work.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to reconcile multiple sources and maintain recurring reporting templates.
- Ability to manage daily, weekly, period-end, quarterly, and annual deadlines with strong accuracy and completeness.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial detail into clear business insights.
