Role Overview
As an Associate Account Manager at Anduin, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day relationship with our GP clients, guiding customers through their journey, and serving as a reliable partner and product expert.
What You Will Do
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, guide customers through the product, regularly monitor usage metrics and health scores, and prepare and lead regular touchpoints with customer leads.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within technology-driven companies
- Proven track record of driving adoption and growing revenue across a portfolio of accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
