Marketing Manager

Role Overview

AOSN is the largest veterinary specialty outpatient network in the US, and the Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function to execute the strategy that fuels growth, build the brand, and run digital, print, and social presence.

What You Will Do

Set marketing strategy and drive growth, build and own an annual marketing plan, develop targeted programs for core audiences, partner with operations and practice leadership, and support doctor recruitment.

Requirements

• Five plus years of progressive marketing experience
• Experience marketing a multi-location business
• A proven track record building or scaling a brand and marketing function in a growing organization
• Hands-on experience across website management, SEO, social media, digital advertising, email, print, and events
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for brand consistency
• Data-driven, with experience setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting to leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
