We are seeking a resourceful and adaptable HR Generalist to support our growing team in a fast-paced startup environment. This role covers a broad range of HR and operations work, with a strong focus on recruiting, HR operations, and building a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Ops or telennt requisition role
• Hands-on recruiting experience, including ATS and HRIS tools
• Experience supporting benefits, payroll, performance management, or employee relations
• Working knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Uses AI tools to automate routine work and improve efficiency
• Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities
