Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Development Representative will own all inbound leads and engage and qualify them until they show to a demo. This is a process-driven role that requires speed, organization, and a strong work ethic.
What You Will Do
Respond to every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission, work leads through email and call sequences, and manage the full inbound lead backlog.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience
- Speed and ability to respond to leads within 5 minutes
- Organized and process-driven
- Coachable, curious, and competitive
- Comfortable on the phone and in writing
- Familiarity with the home services industry
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and discipline
