Inbound Sales Development Representative (Mexico/Pakistan)

Role Overview

The Inbound Sales Development Representative will own all inbound leads and engage and qualify them until they show up to a demo. This is a process-driven role that requires speed, organization, and a strong work ethic.

What You Will Do

Respond to every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission, work leads through email and call sequences, and manage the full inbound lead backlog.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales, SDR, or customer-facing experience
  • Speed and ability to respond to leads within 5 minutes
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Coachable, curious, and competitive
  • Comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • Familiarity with the home services industry
  • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and discipline
  • Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection
