Role Overview
The Program Manager will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems are sustainable, scalable, and achieve optimal performance. The role will drive continuous improvement strategies across business processes and systems to launch products on time, with high quality, and maximum customer availability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to ensure Operations Systems are sustainable, scalable, and achieve optimal performance, driving continuous improvement strategies across business processes and systems, and launching products on time with high quality and maximum customer availability.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience developing SLAs for Systems/Application performance, leading projects, and driving change management strategies to improve end-to-end SDLC practices. They will also have experience with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies applied to systems monitoring or predictive readiness.
Requirements
- BA/BS/MS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or any Engineering field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations
- 5+ years expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems
- 5+ years experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana
