As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, combining technical expertise with relationship management to deliver exceptional support and solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Support or Account Management
- Experience in working with APIs, databases, and ideally SDKs and logging tools
- SQL knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
