As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for researching, generating, and qualifying sales leads/opportunities, defining and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas, and executing multi-channel sequences to drive conversions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales automation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with modern sales stack including CRMs, Sales Engagement Platforms, and data enrichment tools
- Ability to connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Comfortable with LLMs and prompt engineering, and knowledge of platform compliance
- Analytically minded with a habit of tracking KPIs and running A/B tests
