Role Overview
Apt Resources seeks a Russian-speaking Export Sales Manager with PU industry experience to expand export sales in Russian-speaking markets and strengthen client relationships.
What You Will Do
Manage export sales channels, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English
- At least 5 years of export sales experience in PU-based flexible packaging laminating adhesives
- Proven experience selling polyurethane-based laminating adhesives to the flexible packaging industry
- Strong network and market knowledge within the flexible packaging sector
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding export sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of export processes, regulations, and documentation
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
