Marketing Manager (Part Time)

Role Overview

Join our Growth Team as a Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. You’ll shape how aptihealth reaches payers and health systems, and the patients they serve. This is a part-time role of 20–25 hours per week, mostly virtual, with occasional on-site work at our Clifton Park, NY office.

What You Will Do

Lead marketing engagement with payer and health system customers, plan and execute marketing, create sales enablement content, and analyze landing-page and conversion data to improve the funnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role
• Experience developing outreach campaigns that drive patient or member engagement
• Experience using marketing performance data to evaluate and improve campaigns
• Experience with marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels
• Experience with content development
• Experience with customer or B2B engagement marketing
• Experience marketing to B2B healthcare audiences, particularly payers, health plans, health systems, or similar healthcare organizations
• Strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing, including SEO, social media and market research
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, including Salesforce preferred, web analytics, ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and Microsoft Office
