Role Overview

Partner with Sales Leadership to execute the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development, manage prospect database and pipeline, and deliver compelling club tours for qualified prospects.

What You Will Do

Deliver sales strategies through timely follow-up and activities that produce high closing rates, confidently ask for the sale, negotiate terms, and execute contracts with individuals, businesses, and organizations. Accurately forecast revenue, monitor booking activity, and identify trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, quota carrying preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business
  • Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute multiple responsibilities
