Role Overview
The Director of Sales Engineering is critical to the success of our Sales Engineering team and the broader business. The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader with broad and deep expertise across networking, security, infrastructure, SaaS, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). This role is responsible for the ALPS and Eastern European region and can be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
What You Will Do
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performance Sales Engineering team to support our Sales business. Engage with prospects and partners to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business closure. Monitor, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers on objection handling, solution architecture, and scoping.

Requirements
- 5+ year in a front-line management role, leading a Sales Engineering or pre-sales team.
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles, in pre-sales engineering or security consulting.
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
