Arctic Wolf is a cybersecurity and AI company looking for a Sales Development Representative to work on the German market, based in Frankfurt, and contribute to the company’s growth in the region.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience after university, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales, with a clear drive to achieve results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across functions and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and social) with the ability to engage and build relationships
- Creative, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and curious attitude
- Solid business acumen and technical aptitude
- Experience with CRM tools and the ability to leverage social media and research to identify and qualify leads
