Arctic Wolf is a cybersecurity and AI company on a mission to turn cyber risk into business resilience. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work on the Nordic markets, based in our Frankfurt office, contributing directly to our growth in the region.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience after university, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role
- Fluent in English & German and at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales, with a clear drive to achieve results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across functions and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and social) with the ability to engage and build relationships
- Creative, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and curious attitude
- Solid business acumen and technical aptitude
- Experience with CRM tools and the ability to leverage social media and research to identify and qualify leads
