Role Overview

Arize AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Organic & Web Growth to help the company become one of the most visible and trusted platforms in AI engineering. The role requires a technically strong SEO/AEO & Web Growth Manager to build visibility across search engines, AI assistants, technical communities, and third-party resources.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, Organic & Web Growth will own technical SEO performance, develop and execute Arize’s technical SEO roadmap, and improve crawlability, indexability, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, and site architecture. They will also build Arize’s AEO and AI search strategy, establish a measurable framework for Arize’s visibility across AI discovery platforms, and drive organic acquisition and competitive growth.
