Role Overview
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support valued customers and locate the right products or services for their needs. The role involves primarily telephone interaction, customer service, and product knowledge expertise to expand market share and grow the business.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Associate will quote Bill of Materials, manage assigned portfolios, and provide customer service on orders. They will also identify new sales opportunities, maintain accounts, and provide after-sales service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in inside sales/sales, be fluent in English, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to identify problems, assess situations, and make sound decisions.
Requirements
- 2-year degree and 2–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
- Previous experience in inside sales/sales
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
