Role Overview
The Associate – Partnerships & B2B Sales will support the development and growth of institutional and B2B revenue channels. The role involves identifying, pitching, closing, and managing partnerships across a range of stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, development organizations, financial institutions, industry bodies, and other institutional partners.
What You Will Do
Identify and engage prospective corporate and institutional partners. Build relationships with CSR, sustainability, procurement, and business leaders. Develop tailored proposals and partnership pitches. Drive opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, institutional business development, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in closing commercial partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to navigate long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional Indian language is a plus
