Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize processes, and empower stakeholders through data and reporting. The role will directly inform major initiatives spanning the art market’s digital transformation.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will own the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data across multiple departments to inform business strategy and operational improvements. They will develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Looker, Salesforce, and other analytics tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
• Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, translating data into strategic recommendations, and challenging assumptions as needed
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and pipelines
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline analytics processes is a strong plus
