Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and driving sales and margin in alignment with the financial plan of the retail store. They must also assist the Store Manager in building and supporting a high-performing sales culture, recruiting and developing sales staff, and maintaining a strategic view of store talent needs.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will supervise, train, and develop retail sales associates in the implementation of the Company’s sales approach, perform store operations functions, and maintain compliance with the Company’s policies and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and develop a team of sales associates
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities
• Lead and direct the daily activities of store sales associates to meet Sales and Profit Goals
• Develop selling system/standards aligned to company strategy
• Understand and facilitate promotional offers/events and prepare the store team to maximize the results of every event
