Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant
• Prior experience supporting Residential Real Estate agents or teams
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and scheduling platforms
• Experience with real estate CRMs, MLS-integrated email tools, or platforms like Mailchimp/kvCORE
• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Excellent written English skills with exceptional attention to grammar, tone, and visual detail
