Role Overview
The First Line Sales Manager (FLSM) coaches, leads, develops, and guides the Sales team, driving improved performance and capabilities in generating clinical demand for the brands with key accounts.
What You Will Do
Coaching Medical Representative, Recruiting & Hiring Medical Representatives, Providing inspirational leadership, Maintaining close contact with KOL’s and other key customers, Collaborating and Influencing other, Performance Management & Monitoring, Area Management, Sales Management, Corporate Responsibilities.
