Role Overview
The Senior Brand Manager – RIN will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans, managing research projects, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. The role will involve working closely with the sales team, agencies, and internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives and activities.

The Senior Brand Manager – RIN will be responsible for developing brand plans, managing research projects, analyzing data, monitoring and measuring implementation of plans, and supporting the sales team to deliver sales objectives and activities.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of customer insights
- Regular customer visit and frequent sales team interaction
- Ability to analyze agencies’ proposal and identify right agency for research
- Ability to analyze and interpret research data
- Develop brand plan, brand execution plan, and long range plan
- Gather market data and conduct situation analysis
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plan
- Develop forecasting based on market dynamics
- Develop positioning and communication strategies
- Monitor and measure implementation of plans
- Manage forecasting and inventory process
- Support sales team to deliver sales objectives and activities
- Demonstrate deep understanding of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge
