Role Overview
The Retail Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and overall client satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between Asurion and the Mobile Network Operator’s retail and sales channels, ensuring strong alignment and execution.
What You Will Do
Develop and deliver sales plan, implement an account growth strategy to maximize sales and retention across all the client’s sales channels. Provide sales support and partnering with the sales channels to deliver sales aids, training-cum-coaching, best practices, and sales incentives to sales staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Sales/ Channel Account Management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Mobile Device retail; relevant retail sales experience in consumer electronics, warranty/insurance products or FMCG
- Proven track record in building and executing sales programs and delivering sales results
- Hands-on experience in developing and delivering sales support initiatives across extensive retail networks
- Demonstrated expertise and flair in sales/ product training and presentation skills to small and large groups
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills across multiple levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and creation of presentation decks
- Strong execution mindset and ability to achieve challenging goals
- High integrity, self-motivation, enthusiasm, energy, and can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate independent initiative
