We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Northeast Region. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in healthcare or data center construction sales, project management, or estimating roles. They will be responsible for building relationships with general contractors and subcontractors, identifying new opportunities, and presenting solutions. The successful candidate will be able to achieve sales targets, negotiate deals, and collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and value.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of healthcare or data center construction experience
- Technical aptitude to read blueprints and specifications
- Experience supporting large-scale, technically complex commercial construction projects
- Ability and willingness to build out estimates and quotes
- Strong understanding of the general construction engineer bid tender process
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time
