Role Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales – Managed Services, this is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement, while leading, empowering, and optimising the performance of high-performing sales teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a tactical sales plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets, in line with the GM Sales strategic plans. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, strategies, and performance metrics.

Requirements
- 10+ years in leadership roles within IT, technology, or systems integration
- Proven success in leading sales teams in a service-led B2B environment, with expertise in solution and services selling
- Strong background in ensuring client satisfaction, project delivery, and service operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets
- Understanding the technology services and channel that Attura delivers and operates in
- Ability to inspire, influence, and engage teams and strategic partners
