Australia Post is seeking a Customer & Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class analytics capability, design and build data and analytics assets, and drive data-driven initiatives to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics in a large and complex organisation
  • Proven people management experience and ability to lead teams through change
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data governance activities and prepare comprehensive briefs and reports
  • Experience with Python data science libraries, advanced database querying, and automation approaches
