Role Overview
As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales & GTM, you will own the end-to-end recruiting engine for our commercial organisation. You will work directly with Thies Hansen (COO) to hire SDRs, AEs, and GTM talent across all European markets, operating out of our Berlin office.
What You Will Do
You will own the full recruiting pipeline for all Sales & GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline management, offer. You will build our sales recruiting function from 0 to 1, starting with a high volume of SDR and AE hires across European markets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will partner directly with Thies (COO) as the primary hiring stakeholder for all commercial roles. You will develop scalable sourcing strategies and outreach playbooks for sales profiles at all levels.
Requirements
- 3+ years in talent acquisition with a clear focus on sales recruiting (SDR, AE, BDR, GTM roles)
- You have scaled a sales org from scratch before, not as one of many recruiters but as the person driving it
- Proven ability to recruit high-volume and senior commercial profiles in parallel
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with outbound recruiting
- Comfortable building process and structure where none exists yet
- Based in Berlin and happy to work in-person at our office
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus given our primary market
