Role Overview
This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations. This is a hybrid role with a mix of sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination.
What You Will Do
Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination. Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics. Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination. Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce). Handle general administrative and operational support as needed.

Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
