AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, seeking a Sales Director to lead the Korea sales team, based in Seoul. The successful candidate will have experience in building high-performing sales teams, transforming sales teams and processes, and working with modern sales techniques. Key responsibilities include developing and executing market sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with other functions to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or business development
  • Experience in change management and sales culture transformation
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPIC
  • Strong leadership experience in leading sizable sales organizations
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
