Role Overview
Awardco is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Revenue Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of our Revenue Operations organization.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will execute territory and account assignment changes, maintain account ownership and hierarchy information, perform data audits, and ensure accurate and timely updates across our CRM environment.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Proven ability to dig into root causes issues to drive data hygiene.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and large datasets and operating in a dynamic environment with imperfect data.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders on operational initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate an issue.
- Interest in learning SaaS GTM processes, sales operations, and revenue mechanics.
