Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will handle the assigned region, owning the entire end-to-end sales process. The role involves understanding customer pain points, correlating Convene solutions to customer requirements, and setting aims to penetrate and expand Convene’s business.
What You Will Do
Generate leads, contact prospective customers, engage current users, perform online demos, manage pre-sales activities, execute sales activities, and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements
- 4-6 years hands-on experience in sales and business development
- Demonstrable corporate sales achievements
- Experience in lead generation, RFPs, and commercial proposals
- Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients
- Ability to build connections, credibility, and exert influence in the region/markets
- Fluency in French and English
- Fluency in local language
