As an Operations Financial Analyst, you’ll be a vital member of the business team, responsible for planning, tracking, analyzing and achieving business results. You’ll work closely with the Operations Finance Leader, Site Leaders, and other stakeholders to define tactical plans, control costs, and support sales.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration (or related)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- KPI and cost bench marking/productivity tracking
- Ability to analyze and summarize complex data
- Strong sense of ownership / responsibility; pro-active in identifying process and tools improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays
