Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of invoices, credit notes, and other fiscal documents, while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal and fiscal requirements, and commercial agreements with our clients.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for generating and processing invoices, credit notes, and fiscal documentation in accordance with quotations, contracts, and services rendered. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for managing the collection process, applying payments, and updating accounts receivable, ensuring the correct identification of received income.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field, and have between 2 and 5 years of experience in areas of invoicing, accounts receivable, collection, or contract administration.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in areas of invoicing, accounts receivable, collection, or contract administration
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel, including dynamic tables, cross-tabs, and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external clients
