Advisory Growth Specialist

Role Overview

As an Advisory Growth Specialist, you will partner with Financial Advisors and Market Executives to drive advisory growth through brokerage-to-advisory conversions, new asset acquisition, referrals, retention, and wallet share expansion. You will own your territory and the growth of investment advisory assets, creating an action plan and revisiting performance monthly to drive results.

What You Will Do

You will help advisors win new assets, uncover new client opportunities, transition brokerage assets into advisory relationships, deepen relationships, and grow wallet share with existing clients. You will also build repeatable growth strategies, convert prospects, and build stronger centers of influence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial services experience
• 3 or more years working with Financial Advisors or in investment management
• Experience supporting, distributing, or selling investment products, advisory solutions, or related financial services offerings
• Working knowledge of professionally managed investment products or the investment advisory business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort using CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting platforms to manage activity and measure results
• Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or the ability to obtain them within 120 days of your start date
