Revenue Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

Traliant is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to build, experiment, and make a visible impact in their Revenue Enablement function. The successful candidate will create practical MVPs, launch them, learn from the people using them, and make them better. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone who has developed a solid foundation in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, or experience design.

What You Will Do

The Revenue Enablement Specialist will focus on two high-impact Customer Success enablement priorities, building practical MVPs, launching them, learning from the people using them, and making them better. As those programs mature, the specialist will have the opportunity to identify new challenges, propose solutions, and expand their ownership across the revenue organization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related go-to-market roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Exposure to Customer Success organizations and an understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Experience coordinating or delivering training sessions, workshops, webinars, or onboarding programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
